Refund policy

 

DELIVERIES: Orders cancelled 5 days prior to delivery will receive a credit towards a future order. Orders cancelled less than 5 days prior to delivery will receive a 50% credit towards a future order. Orders cancelled 4 days or less are not eligible for a refund. 

WORKSHOPS: Virtual classes with ingredient delivery are ineligible for refund. Virtual classes without ingredient delivery cancelled 7 days prior to the date will be credited to your account for a future class. No-shows are ineligible for a refund or credit.

In-person workshops cancelled 7 days prior to the date will be credited to your account for a future class. In-person workshops cancelled 6 days or less to the date are ineligible for a refund or credit. 

CORPORATE ORDERS: Please refer to your contract for our corporate cancellation policy.

BUSINESS COURSES: Business courses are ineligible for refunds or credits.
